Z Axis alignment tool

When I upgraded the 3D printer at the hackerspace I go to with lead screws ( using the [smooth X-Axis for Prusa leadscrews](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1103976) thing) I found out that the adjustment screw holder I had been using was too big!

So I made one that isn't as bulky but does the job.
