This is a zero clearance insert for a 10 inch Craftsman 137 contractor table saw. The insert is 69 mm wide and 255.2 mm long (Measured from the top of the opening bevel located on the top and left edges). The main part of the board is set at 2.5 mm thick, with the tabs on the edge framed with a slightly thicker collar to ensure they don't slide. Screw blocks are 11.5 mm and 7.2 mm thick respectively. I've included the sketch elements in the files.

Screw holes shown in the editor image are counter-bored to ensure they sing below the surface. They are not shown in the printed example images, since this was my size test, and I had not added them yet. I will replace these images when I have finished verifying fit and function.

One large grab hole to make pulling the insert out easier.
