nut & bolt vertical for 1.0mm nozzle

The main reason I remixed this was to make it one of the only nut and bolt files on thingiverse compatible with 1.0mm 3d printer nozzles. Other files have threads that are too fine for 1.0mm to print. Printing with a 1.0mm nozzle at 0.3mm layer height allows this to print in a few minutes instead of hours other nut and bolt sets take to print.
