ARCA-compatible adapter

This is a adapter-plate for the original BOG deathgrip clamp that fits swissarca ballheads. Reuse the original sqrews that attatches the clamp to the original centercolumn. This is a 3-printed part. It is sturdy enough for "once in a while", or until a metalpart comes in the mail. Not intended for hard use and frequent on/off the ballhead.
