Practical cup holder tray for 2, 3, 4 or 5 cups – inspired by classic McDonald’s cardboard carriers, but redesigned as a durable, reusable version. Perfect for takeout coffee, car use, workshop, or outdoor trips. The structure is rigid, stable and keeps cups secure even when fully loaded.The model was printed in PETG-CF and I strongly recommend this material. Thanks to the carbon fiber reinforcement, the tray is significantly stiffer, more heat resistant and less prone to deformation compared to standard PLA. I used a 0.4 mm hardened nozzle – this is mandatory when printing PETG-CF, as carbon fiber filament will quickly wear out standard brass nozzles.Important: in your printer settings you must set Bed Exclude Area to 0x0, 0x0, 0x0, 0x0.
