Dook

This design is not original, meaning I've been inspired by something I have briefly seen on twitter but I was unable to find again.

Put this thing into your pocket / purse and pull it out whenever you have to open a door or push a button inside an elevator so to avoid direct contact with a potentially contagious surface.

The flat surface at the end can be used to push doors while the hook can be used to pull down handles and pull doors using their handle. Use the pointy head to push elevator buttons or door bells.
