The Eclipse Dreadnought is one of the largest and most powerful ships from the Star Wars universe. It is said to be 20 km long, but according to some lore sources it could even be up to 50 km in length. It had a planet-devastating superlaser, and enough hangar space to carry hundreds, if not thousands of starfighters.
