A socket made for the ESP-01M boards. Put the ESP-01M in, jumper cables will push in with some resistance.
EDIT 1:
I successfully flashed NodeMCU to one of these using this setup. It probably isn't the best way but it worked. Make sure to push the jumpers in tightly to have good contact with the module.
