This model has been manufactured after getting approved by the doctors of Alsalam Hospital in Mosul, Iraq.
I used 100W CO2 laser cutter with the bellow settings to produce 40 face shields in just 45 minutes!
Speed 13 mm/s
Min power 80%
Max power 85%
I used a 2.5 mm plastic sheet but it's will be great if you use 4 mm to prevent using foam to protect the forehead!
