This threaded pin integrated with a nut is a great example of the capabilities of 3D printing. With the knurled feature I find that people cannot keep their hands off of this little toy. I personally use it as a fidget toy at work. There are seven or eight different ways that I play with it, just fidgeting. It feels good and is fun. My wife couldn't put it down when she had pregnancy induced carpal tunnel. Rolling it in her hands was almost medical. While being a perfect 3D printing illustration, this simple design can be quite useful and fun.
