Foldable pyramid (customizable)

After the cuboid I continued with this pyramid that can be customized easily.

The following is customizable:
a, b, and h: length and width of the base, height of the pyramid
h1: thickness of the sides
h2: thickness of the folded area
e: width of the extra area to allow for folding (0.1 and 0.2 mm both worked fine for me so far)
angmod: modifier for the angles of the connecting edges (3 worked for me); the angles between the bottom and the sides is calculated automatically
