i decided to make these as i didnt have the parts that was required so i modded the parts to fit what i had available.... it has a 3mm screw that goes through the center of it and is threaded the whole distance, i also counter sunk the holes so it would make the screw access easier when installing.i used a button head screw to make them join together...

this is for the cheap bearings that have a 3mm hole obviously instead of the 5mm ones..
