This is a LED work light stand with a junction box to extend the power cord.
I bought a 20W LED light designed for wall installation, with mounting holes 65mm apart and a short cable, as it was three times cheaper than a similarly powerful halogen work light with a small stand. Even with the additional hardware and power cord, the total cost is still only two-thirds of the work light's price.
The stand is designed to either stand on its three legs or hang on a wall using the hole at the tip of one leg.
Outdoor LED lights typically have an IP rating of 65 to 68. I have attempted to seal the junction box against dust and dripping water, but no IP rating is guaranteed, as this will largely depend on the quality of your 3D prints.
