MG Mount

MG mount.

A Rigid, Simple and lightweight mount for the Creality Ender family. It features the Orbiter Extruder, E3d v6 hotend, BLTouch and a 5015 Part cooler.

The complete toolhead with Carriage, wheels and all bolts weighs only 350grams. I print with 200mm/s and 1500mm/s^2 using Marlin on an ender 5 plus.. The results are pretty nice.

The Chute is a "slide in" that requires no bolts. Easy to remove if ABS or similar is printed.

Bolts:
- Base: i only installed the 3 outer bolts. Very rigid.
- BLTouch: original ones. Thread cut directly in plastic
- Hotend bracket: M3x16. Thread cut directly in plastic
- Fan bolt: M4x20
- Extruder Bolts: M3x8
