OffAxis Labs Dust Boot

Sweep up the chips with the OffAxis Labs Dust Boot! This dust boot has been specifically designed to clean up the mess on hobby grade CNC routers equipped with a Dewalt DWP611 or Makita RT0701C routers. High quality 3d printed dust collection attachment allows 2-1/2in vaccum hose to be attached to your router.

Attachment is quick and simple. Slide the base onto the router and secure with the M5 screw to clamp it in place. The center clearance hole allows the base to slide over the collet nut and the LED lights to shine down on the work piece.

Low profile design does not sacrifice z-axis travel. Tool changes are easy because the dust boot does not block access to the collet nut or the spindle lock button.

The two piece design makes it easy to remove the hose attachment and base simply by removing the M5 screws. M5x20 screws and brass heat set threaded inserts allow for reliable and repeated removals.
