There are 5 Files.

1+2) 40x20x40 U Piece and 20x20x20 Cube. These 2 are for testing your X and Y Axis accuracy. Also the Cube should ideally fit into the U Piece with some force. As there is no tolerance, it is normal that it doesn't fit like a glove. This isn't laser cut metal after all.

2) Hollow Box 40x40x20mm. 2 Walls are 0.4mm and 2 Walls 0.8mm. So with a 0.4mm Line width you should have a single line and double line wall that you can test on you X and Y Axis. In my case in order to print the single line wall I need to turn on the setting "Print thin walls".

4) 10x10x50 Tower. This is simply to test the accuracy of your Z Axis. The Lines on it should be in line with your ruler. Small lines for 5mm, and long lines for 10mm Steps.

5) Hole Box. You have holes with different Diameters. 2,3,4,5,6,8,10mm. Measure with a caliper and if you notice a regularity among them. For example each hole is 0.1mm too narrow. You can play with hole horizontal expansion setting.
