ROUTER COPING SLEDThis model is a coping sled for use on your router table. It excels at holding parts and is a must when routing rails and styles for panel door assemblies.I was looking at purchasing one but they are priced at over 100$. I designed one that can be made for a fraction of this price.The router sled features:An adjustable stand-off bar (to vary the distance between the sled and router fence);Twin lock down clamps;A lock bar to ensure the workpiece does not move;Large ergonomic handles for securely gripping and guiding the sled.The model is offered for both metric and imperial hardware.
