Spice Rack

My wife wanted a means by which to organize all her spices in the pantry. We bought spice bottles in two different sizes, so there are two different sizes of storage rack. The criteria for the design follows:* Must be wall mounted.* To avoid the need to prevent the spice bottles from falling off the rack the bottles needed to lean toward the wall. She didn't want a ledge or other mechanical means of restraining the bottles.* The racks had to fit in a specific height and width.* Minimum number of holes in the wall for attachment.Design to address these constraints:* The racks tilts the bottles 15-degrees toward the wall.* The racks are secured to the wall by means of a cleat style connection. There two vertical hangers, each vertical hanger requires 3 toggle bolts for attachment to the drywall.
