printed 8 of them for myself, they work with regular skateboard ball bearings. cheap on Temu.
self aline, no supports needed. works flawlessly with 1kg cardboard & plastic
I did thread through a 5mm dowle just for extra strength. not necessary.
I have used glue to bond them together as well.
