This is a replacement rotary encoder knob for the TM680/TOM680 keyboard. There are three different versions: regular cylinder, filleted cylinder, and chamfered cylinder.
The knob's outer diameter is approximately 19.5mm, and the stem diameter (D-shaped) is approximately 6mm.
As printed on my printer, the knob fits snuggly on the TM680's stem, but not as snuggly as the stock knob (which I often had difficulty removing).
