This is the full set of files for an ultimaker 2 (or 2+) enclosure including a top box and a door.

There are a few variations on some parts:

Window Fixture
There are two versions, one with countersunk holes for screws and another for bolts all the way through the frame.

Side
if your using the through bolts use the file with extra holes for them

Hinge
I wanted the enclosure to be easily removable including the door. The "removable" hinge can be lifted free while the "fixed" hinge cannot, use whichever you want.

Finally as of today, I have not fully finished designing the handle. I have included a file for it and there are two holes in the door (dia-3mm spacing-25mm) but you may wish to design this part yourself.
