Thrustmaster Warthog Throttle insert for Tempest

An insert for the Thrustmaster Warthog throttle so that the left throttle can be used for the Prop pitch with a detent to keep the Prop RPM at 3150, and the left throttle has detents at +4.5, +7 and +9 Boost to line up with the Max rich continuous, Max Climbing and Combat settings for the Tempest Mk V in IL-2 Sturmovik with the Saber 11lb boost engine.
