This is a 60cm wide rake for a 28mm wooden handle.
Printed and tested and it works very well.
Print the pins in PETG for flexibility. The rake body can be PLA. No support is needed. Push a piece of steel wire through the hole in the body and pins to hold the pins in place. 33 pins are required.
If you have a small printer the body will have to be split into pieces and glued.
